Firmware upgrades

Please note that new units do NOT need upgrades. The upgrades below are to bring older units up to the latest available specification for that product.

NOTE: This upgrade is for Mk2 units only. Pro-2000 mk1 units cannot be "upgraded" to Mk2.

version #5219 (19th Jan 2008) adds the following features:
Polyphonic mode
Fixed time portamento added for Channels A + B in addition to existing fixed rate
Sustain now available for Aux outputs when in Volt/Octave mode.
